Jill's doing some stupid amount of push up's - so her boat is well and truly floating towards her goal of pull ups. I dare not mention the rain, cool breeze and grey skies that have taken up permanent residence in the UK, I'm sure you are both dreaming about such conditions. Tracy and Ray, were you going to walk down hill or up hill to the Co-op? Don't over do it. Thinking about it is good.
